Baileys Chocolatini

A variation of the expresso that becomes more a development on the cappuccino, using Baileys Original Irish Cream but also chocolate syrup and vodka for a fine party combination.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Using a jigger, measure 75ml Baileys Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur, 35ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, 25ml chocolate syrup and a 30ml shot of espresso into the shaker.
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain the liquid into a martini glass.
Using a grater, grate pieces of chocolate on top of the drink to create chocolate curls to garnish.
