Baileys® Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur
Smirnoff No. 21® Vodka
- ➤ 2.6 units of alcohol per serve
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add Baileys Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur, a shot of espresso, Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka and chocolate syrup to the shaker.
Using a jigger, measure 75ml Baileys Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur, 35ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, 25ml chocolate syrup and a 30ml shot of espresso into the shaker.
Shake until cold.
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with chocolate curls.
