    Captain Morgan® Original Rum

  • 15ml.
    Single Cream
  • 15ml.
    Sugar Syrup
  • 60ml.
  • 12grind(s)
  • 2 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice

    Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker until half filled.

  2. Add Captain Morgan Original Spiced, egg, single cream, sugar syrup and milk

    Add 50ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced, 1 egg, 15ml single cream, 15ml sugar syrup and 60ml milk to the shaker.

  3. Shake vigorously until combined.

    Shake vigorously until the shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a glass.

    Using a cocktail strainer, pour the mixture through and into a tumbler or Martini glass.

  5. Grate over some nutmeg.

    Garnish with the nutmeg.
