Martini

A Clover Club with a mint garnish, this mixes the subtle grapefruit flavours of Tanqueray London Dry with grenadine for elegant summer fruits in a glass.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 10ml lemon juice, 10ml grenadine and 1/2 egg white into the shaker.
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a martini glass.
Place a sprig of mint on top of the drink to garnish.
