How to make

  1. Fill a blender with ice.

    Fill a blender with a handful of crushed ice.

  2. Add Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, cream of coconut and pineapple juice to the blender.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Smirnoff No. 21 vodka, 25ml cream of coconut and 100ml pineapple juice into the blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

    Blend until the mixture is smooth.

  4. Pour into a tall glass.

    Pour the liquid into a Hurricane glass.

  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

    Using a knife and chopping board, cut a pineapple wedge and secure to the rim of the glass.
