Captain Morgan Original Rum and Ginger Ale

A cocktail version of the classic dessert, this combination of apples and ginger goes perfectly with a base of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold for a fine winter party drink.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Using a jigger, measure 35ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, 110ml apple juice and 10ml ginger ale into the glass.
Using a chopping board and sharp knife cut a slice of apple and place on top of the drink to garnish.
