Inspired by his Grandmother’s homemade jams, Mark’s cocktail combines crisp, clean Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka with a mixture of seasonal berries.
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka into a blender, along with 10 mixed berries and 15ml sugar syrup and blend until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a jam jar and top up with crushed ice.
Fill the jar to the top with soda water.
With a sharp knife and cutting board, slice a strawberry and place in the drink to garnish.
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
