How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Add Baileys with a hint of Orange Truffle Flavour, Smirnoff Espresso Vodka and vanilla ice cream to the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Baileys with a hint of Orange Truffle Flavour, 20ml Smirnoff Espresso Vodka, 75ml milk and 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Add chocolate chips to the rim of the glass.

    Wet the rim of a martini glass with a little orange juice and dip into a plate of crushed chocolate chips so that the rim has chips all the way around.

  5. Strain into a glass filled with ice and dust with cocoa powder.

    Use a cocktail strainer to strain the liquid into the glass and dust with cocoa powder.

  6. Garnish with orange peel.

    With a sharp knife cut a twist of orange on a chopping board, and place on top of the drink to garnish.
